These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plotz mobile application ("the App"), operated by Property Investments DA Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.
To access the features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
While the App is primarily designed for users based in the United Kingdom, it may be accessed globally. Users outside the UK are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with local laws and regulations.
Access to the App requires a paid monthly subscription of £20.00 per calendar month. Your subscription commences on the date you complete registration and payment.
The Subscription Fee is charged monthly in advance and processed automatically on the same date each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.
Upon cancellation and expiry of your subscription period:
We strongly recommend downloading any PDF reports or plot information you wish to retain before cancelling.
We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fee at any time with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised fee.
Individual premium PDF reports are available for purchase at £2.00 per report. Each Report relates to a specific plot and is generated at the time of purchase. Report purchases are non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and made available for download.
Plotz is an information tool that aggregates and presents data about land and property plots across the United Kingdom that may have potential for property development.
Plot and property information is sourced from both private and publicly available data sets, including Land Registry data and Ordnance Survey data. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, up to date, or fit for any particular purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The App may indicate that certain plots have potential for property development based on publicly available data only. You should always consult with a qualified planning professional and the relevant local planning authority before making any decisions.
We aim to keep the App available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
All content within the App is owned by or licensed to Property Investments DA Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the App for your own personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Property Investments DA Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We expressly disclaim all liability for any financial loss arising directly or indirectly from any investment decision made in reliance on information obtained from the App.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data presented within the App.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total Subscription Fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The App may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content of such sites and accept no responsibility for them. Public data sets (including Land Registry and Ordnance Survey data) are provided under their respective open licences.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@plotz.app so we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Property Investments DA Ltd in relation to the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms shall create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Property Investments DA Ltd.
